Harbes Family Farm Fourth of July Celebration – 715 Sound Ave., Mattituck, NY 11952
The Harbes Family Farm Fourth of July Celebration is a 3-day event from July 4-6, 2025, with a wide range of activities for all ages, including free live concerts from local bands each day. For the kids, the Harbes Barnyard Adventure offers 8 acres of family fun, including inflatables, carnival games, a hayride tour, a special Sports Zone, and more. For the adults, the historic Wine Barn will be offering tastings featuring a variety of award-winning, locally produced wines from Harbes Vineyards for you to try. -
Fireworks Spectacular at Jones Beach – 1 Ocean Pkwy., Wantagh, NY 11793
If you love visiting Jones Beach for the amazing holiday lights display in the winter, the Fireworks Spectacular at Jones Beach offers a similarly dazzling display for the Fourth of July. This year's fireworks display is inspired by the Barbie movie, Beyoncé, and Taylor Swift, with fireworks timed to songs simulcast on 97.5 FM and 98.3 FM. The big display starts at 9:30 PM on July 4, 2025, but organizers recommend arriving early as the parking areas fill up quickly. -
Fabulous 4th of July Race – 98 Lauelton Blvd., Long Beach, NY, 11561
The Fabulous 4th of July Race is the perfect opportunity for some healthy, invigorating fun on the morning of the Fourth of July, before you dig into all of the delicious food and drink at celebrations later in the day. Race options include a 1-kilometer fun run for kids under 16 years old, which starts at 8:00 AM, and the full 4-kilometer run, which follows at 8:30 AM, both on July 4, 2025. The event takes place rain or shine, and you can reserve your spot online. -
Long Island Ducks Postgame Fireworks – 3 Court House Dr., Central Islip, NY 11722
The Long Island Ducks don't have a home game on the Fourth of July this year, but they'll be hosting the Staten Island Ferryhawks from July 1-3, 2025, with very special Long Island Ducks Postgame Fireworks after each game. If you or your kids love baseball, the Ducks offer affordable family fun all summer long. Each game in the series starts at 6:35 PM, with fireworks to follow soon after the final pitch has been thrown. -
Celebrate America Concert & Fireworks – 1899 Hempstead Tpke., East Meadow, NY 11554
The Celebrate America Concert & Fireworks is the big Fourth of July event in East Meadow, held every year at Eisenhower Park. Bring a blanket or chair to enjoy a free concert in the park, followed by a dazzling fireworks display.
